Dr. Berman was fantastic. She was very thorough, yet gentle. I felt NO pain, despite having sensitive teeth. She explained everything to me in detail and took the time to make sure i was comfortable and understood everything about my teeth and their condition. Even things like schedulting and taking x-rays went well, and there was no wait at all when I arrived at my appointment time. This is a fantastic office.

Had the same issue as the last persons review. They did not tell me my insurance was no longer in their network until months later when I got a bill. They state they told all the patients and that letters were sent out. Now had to pay was wasn’t covered. No apology given. Same thing happened to my neighbor. Horrible. I would try to find a different dentist.

It's unfortunate I am writing this post, as our experience with the doctor was overall positive but their billing/ insurance policies and practices are misleading and concealed. We were considered 'in-network' with this provider, for every appointment except our last one which meant all preventative care should be covered by our insurance. Without informing us when we scheduled our last appointments, our insurance was no longer considered 'in-network.' Dr. Levy is an absolute treasure! I have some dental anxiety, and I used to see her at a different practice (in Hyde Park), so when I finally worked up enough courage to go to the dentist during covid, I specifically searched for her and was so delighted to find her in Evanston! This practice is great and very covid cautious--I felt very comfortable with all the precautions.
Also she is super artistic and meticulous about cosmetic matters; I chipped my front tooth as a teen, and for years, other dentists had given me kind of clunky caps, but when Dr. Levy did my cap, it came out beautifully. I

Elements Dental Studio is a very welcoming practice. Friendly team and very clean. Took my daughter in for an Orthodontic Evaluation and Dr Levy was very thorough in explaining everything to us in what treatment she needs. Competitive prices and great patient care. I just had my first appointment. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely nice and professional. I felt safe with the COVID precautions everything was very well organized. The doctor took time to explain everything to me to help me feel comfortable with my treatment plan, everything was clear and very helpful. I highly recommend this office

Just wanted to update my review after my last visit... still giving it 5 stars after 3 years of routine dental work.
I've gotta say that I've gotten the most thorough, yet gentle cleanings at this office in comparison to any other dentist I've ever been to. Maddie has been my caregiver the past few visits and even remembered my preference for a non-chocolate flavored toothpaste on my last visit. I really appreciate the folks at Elements and I still go here even though I live in Chicago now.

I highly recommend Dr. Berman and her staff. I recently switched dentists after a move, and am very happy with Elements. They offer fast and convenient appointments, were good with my four year old son, and I had a fast and painless filling done. I'm pleased we chose Dr. Berman, her and her staff are very friendly!

I've seen Dr. Berman for several years now and I have to say that my experience has always been great, even if she didn't always have good news to give me. Her staff is warm and professional. I've found Dr. Berman to be exceptionally punctual and great at helping me manage expectations around some some of my dental issues. She provides excellent, thorough dental care and is still routinely on time! In addition, I recently saw her dental hygienist and it was yet another thorough, thought-provoking dental exam and cleaning.

Professional and reassuring. I'd not been to a dentist in years, and my issues were serious. Dr Berman walked me through all the options and did not try to upsell me. (This was one of my bad experiences in the past.) another issue was managing insurance and the assistant Maureen was great for me. I am a geek and they have very good calendar tech. Very highly recommend.

New age is the appropriate classification for this dental office! I was scrambling for a new dentist after my usual one broke his leg....:( Upon scheduling an appointment on the phone, I was directed to a website where I can fill out preliminary forms to help make my appointment more convenient and without the paperwork. I was impressed...and of course forgot to do it haha. Upon showing up at my appointment, they were friendly and had a computer where I could go online to fill out the forms. Dr. Berman and Maureen are fantastic. Moves, jobs, etc. left me without dental insurance for a very long time (10+ yrs). I requested an appointment online and was able to fill out all my information at the time so when I arrived Dr. Berman was able to take me right away. I had x-rays taken and when we were done taking them, they appeared on the screen in front of me. We talked about options and concerns (old childhood fillings, chipped tooth, cleaning) and a timeline. I made my next appointment for a deep cleaning when I finished the initial appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Berman for several years, and when she moved, I decided to go see her at her new clinic. Dr. Berman is an exceptional dentist with a very organized practice. She makes great conversation and makes going to the dentist enjoyable. She did my dental cleaning and checkup in 30 minutes. I didn't even have to pay for parking! I'll definitely be going back to her studio.

Dr Berman is an excellent dentist. Extremely bright, thoughtfully considers my families needs, and single handedly got my son to start brushing. A beautiful new space. With 5 perfect check ups (thanks to her suggestion to move the kids to sonic care toothbrushes) see you all in 6 months. My only reservation to yelping is that you will all love her as much as we do and it will be hard to get an appointment. But she deserves it, and we will be willing to wait!
