I recently started some dental work at Winning Smile with Dr Reese. Let me say that I have put off going to the dentist for years because of my fear of pain. I needed a cavity filled and several mercury fillings replaced. I’m extremely happy to say that the entire thing was painless. Dr Reese numbed my gums with a topical to start and I never even felt a pinch of a needle. I’m a very happy patient and look forward to completing the rest of the work I need done. I had noticed that I had a very sharp edge to a molar. I called Winning smile dental- Dentist thing in the morning and they worked me in the same day. Dr. Reese was able to smooth out the rough edge of the cracked porcelain crown and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I may need a new crown in the future but not today.
All the people who work in this office are super nice people and are doing their best to take care of their patients needs. If you are looking for a dentist in the oven scenario I would highly recommend this practice.

Staff lied over the phone, saying that they took a dental insurance plan that they do not in fact take, and only informed me of this after my appointment.
Additionally, they were incapable of following simple instructions on where to send the bill. Additionally, they lost their temper over the phone when confronted with mild annoyance. I would advise taking your business elsewhere if you don't have time to deal with nonsense.

I just finished getting my filling replaced and a usually unpleasant experience was made tolerable by Dr. Reese.
I told Dr. Reese that the most important thing to me is that I don’t feel anything and that was pretty much the case outside of feeling the first numbing shot. The procedure was virtually painless and it went well.
Dr. Reese and her staff are wonderful, kind, thoughtful and very skilled & capable professionals. I highly recommend visiting the office and putting your trust in Dr. Reese and her team.

This is a wonderful practice as a rewarding family experience. Dr. Reese and the whole personnel team turn a dentist visit for kids into a learning experience which kids await for six months to go back to! We are very confident that all services are safe, highly professional, and technologically up-to-date.
