Dr. John Meshigaud is a 1992 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, School of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery. A native of Green Bay, WI, Dr. "Mesh" has lived in the Waupaca area since 1992. He has adopted two Jack Russell Terriers, Maggie & Daisy. Dr. Treb was born and raised in Waupaca WI.

Critical: Professionalism
Was on our way to Wisconsin from Arizona and was 30 miles from Waupaca when our dog had a massive seizure. Called to have a Dr look at her and was told we were not clients so they wouldn’t look at her. Had to have her put down because of the pain she was in and they couldn’t care less. Be careful of the practice they have here.

I've been taking my animals to small animal hospital for 10 years, I have had an appointment scheduled for her check up which was booked out 3weeks, now 10 days from the appointment, my cat got worms, I called for her deworming refill, they stated they would not prescribe her medications until her appointment, I asked to move her appointment to today, they responded no sooner appointments available. Still refusing to supply the deworming pill. I Asked if that was appropriate care for my cat, she stated, a cat can live with worms for months and it won't hurt them. Is this the ethic of level of care

Poor doggie was chasing out a rabbit from under a wood pile and some how got an infection on her muzzle. Called up as soon as they opened and was able to get an immediate appointment right away in the morning. Vet was professional and curteous. Fees were under what in was expecting. Deffinatley will take her back in a pinch.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with WSAH. Very knowledgeable veterinarians and friendly staff. Exam is thorough and every question I’ve had has been responded to with a knowledgeable answer. They referred me to Appleton when it was unfortunately necessary and made the phone calls so that they were ready and waiting for me when we arrived. They showed the utmost compassion during the worst day of my life when I had to put my sweet girl down due to cancer. I highly recommend WSAH.

We’ve trusted the doctors and staff at WSAH with all of our 4-legged friends (Licorice, Buttercup, Keely, & Sparky) for many years. Everyone has been so kind when we’ve made the difficult decision to let each treasured friend go. Most recently we made the painful decision to let Sparky, our last friend, go.
