In a separated area from the hospital we have 28 dog kennels and outdoor exercise runs. In a separate room, we have numerous cat cages and a cat condo, which allows the cats more space to move around. This separate room helps to lesson the stress on the cats. The Wolf River Veterinary Clinic, founded in 1996, is a companion animal practice located at 216 W. Wolf River Avenue in New London, Wisconsin. We see mainly cats and dogs, but will occasionally see rabbits and guinea pigs. Other exotics are typically referred to a specialist. Currently, the clinic employs three veterinarians, certified veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and many other support staff.

We at Wolf River Veterinary Clinic have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible health care for your pet. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
1. Payment is expected at the time of service. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Wolf River Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
The Wolf River Veterinary Clinic recognizes the fact that unpredictable events can occur to pets which may require prompt veterinary attention. Sudden onsets of illness or injury are common occurrences. In order to accommodate these situations more efficiently, our clinic offers same day appointments for sick or injured pets during our normal business hours Monday - Saturday.
Wolf River Veterinary Clinic carries products that are safe for your pets to protect them against fleas and ticks. Your pet's health and safety is important to us. You can rely on us to fill your pet's medication for a chronic medical condition or short-term condition. In addition to pet medications, we maintain a large inventory of veterinary products including prescription diets, flea, tick and heartworm preventive products.

I was quoted $350 dollars for my cats declaw surgery and pre-OP blood work. On the day to pick up my cat, I was charged $360 on top of the $180 already paid. Equating a total of well over $500. When trying to work through this issue with the vet, he used intimidation tactics and threatened to keep my cat.
Fast forward to when I brought the cat home, this vet provided a bubble pack of pain medications instructing i give one pill a day for four total days. The bubble pack contained a total of 2 pills.

I have been going here for over 25 years and with in the last year it has gotten absolutely terrible on customer service . Since DR Ziegler sold it. We have a 11 plus year old dog that we have done a lot to keep him health and happy and we knew the end was near due to age and a bad shoulder . We called to make the dreaded appointment and the receptionist told us it would be three weeks to get an appointment !! Now it is hard enough to watch him suffer but three weeks really. Now when we told her that he is suffering she had absolutely no compassion at all and said we have emergency appointments

Spent 300 dollars on a relaxin pregnancy test for my dog. Which for 300 dollars you should feel that it would be accurate, correct? False. And when you ask for something in return because you’ve spent thousands of dollars on your pets at this clinic and nothing gets received in return. That’s extremely poor.. this clinic has lost thousands more in any of my services for my litters, dogs, and the quality of caring in a situation like this was very poor an unfair.

The team here is great with visits as well, everyone is friendly and has a love of animals. They are very kind and understanding when it comes to the end of an animals life. Great place to work with.
