My family stayed with them for quite some time. The beds were terrible (the frames were smaller than the rest of them, not that the owners listened when we told them this) and they kicked us out for a roach infestation that quite solidly wasn't our fault (but they needed scapegoats to cover for their own failings so it's all good! /sarcasm). Also, when we forgot a bag and tried to get it back a couple days later, they said that they threw it in the trash with no regard for the fact that we might want to reclaim it. Would rate as 0/5 stars if possible.

My young son and i have lived here for 8 months while we wait for our permanent residence.
They go out of their way day in and day out to make sure we are happy.
We were moved into an extended stay room as soon as one opened which has more room, a large sink and hot plate.
I've never felt unsafe and have watched any riff raff get the boot instantly.
If you need a clean, friendly place to stay for one night or 1 year, APM is the best!
They have been like family to me and other guests.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Very helpful staff I am booked here on assignment and I love it...it's a peaceful clean friendly environment...they even offered me a hot plate for the duration of my stay...I'm mostly sleep during the day which is sometimes the busiest time for most places but here I get adequate rest with a piece of mind...

Nice room for a very nice price. Then there's the service. Room had a coffee maker, but I did not notice until morning that there was no coffee. There's no room phone for calling the desk, so I went to the lobby, told them about it, and got coffee there. Out all day, and late at night when I got back the room had not been serviced, not touched at all. So no coffee next morning, and none in the lobby. Tried to take a shower, and the lever came off in my hand. I managed to get the water turned off, then left.
