Dr. Aleksander Chung received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA in 1999 after completing a B.S. degree in Microbiology from University of Manitoba, Canada. As an established Chiropractor in the Natomas community, his day-to-day practice involves treating patients with muscular imbalances, as well as soft tissue injuries.

I love this place! So welcoming, and everyone there is very nice. I was here a few years back due to a car accident and Dr Chung helped me a lot he's great! So when my son Got injured a few months back we came to arena chiropractor, can't complain about anything they even have a message room and that definitely help a lot before exiting !

I was suffering from neck and lower back pain as usual. My regular Chiropractor that I've been seeing closed his office during Covid 19. Not sure when he'll be opened again, I decided to reach out this place since they take Kaiser insurance and I wanted some relief!
First and foremost, please wear your mask for your appointments! The staff were helpful, welcoming, and friendly up at the front desk.

Every appointment I had to wait 15-20 minutes past my appointment time to get into the room and then another 10-15 before the doctor would come in. The adjustments were decent. I do see a chiro weekly now and I never experienced the type of relief I do now when I was a patient at Arena. I also got a sport massage that was AWFUL! Probably one of the worst over ever had. My biggest issues were the lack of available appointments AND then having to wait and wait to be seen. I don't like to feel like my time isn't treated as just as valuable as yours.

Dr. Doane, was truly amazing in the treatment process that I received at Arena Chiropractic Wellness Center. I have been told by other chiropractors that it is not easy to give me an adjustment, but she always gave me the perfect ones that made me feel better. The owner, Dr. Chung, is also simply a natural. Their staff is friendly and caring.

I took my daughter in for care. Waited 45 minutes and then proceeded to have a 15 minute discussion about whether Insurance was going to pay with an open case or how payment could be secured. Why? Because the issue may stem from an auto accident the Dr. was concerned that he may be subpoenaed and require additional documentation. I stated clearly that I was there for the concern about my daughter. He could bill me directly if there was any concern about receiving payment. I have insurance and could even get a referral from our family physician if needed to secure their payment

Waited way to long on first initial appointment, about an hour. When I said something to the chiro all I got was attitude. The staff was very nice, the doctor was an idiot. Don't walk around all high and mighty....it's a privilege for you to have clients not the other way around.
This place is a joke.. Take your hard earned $$$ somewhere where it will be valued....

The new traction roller tables are amazing! All the doctors are great. I like how they are consistently growing and updating. I'm particularly fond of Dr. Doan the newest addition to the practice, as she seems to find all my spots and fixes them pretty darn well.
I've actually been a patient since 2013 and started with Dr. Chung. Dr. Wellborne, Chang and Doan are all good and just have slightly different techniques. I would advise to try them all and see who your prefer. I've got at least 100 visits here and my family combined over 200+ visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone

First time chiropractor, long time fixed. Reception staff (Heather & Liz) were friendly and attentive, Dr Doan was friendly and professional, having made her assessment & necessary adjustments, providing me with the tools to ensure the issue stayed resolved. Effective all round. Refreshing to have a care provider willing to offer the chance to take charge of your own health.

Only giving 2 stars because Dr. Welbourn was amazing but only got to see on initial consult. There is never any consistency in seeing one chiropractor. Dr. Chung and Dr. Doan are terrible. Terrible bedside manner. My insurance was going to change so I wanted to get in for adjustments and massage. I had all my appts in place and then was told that the masseuse assigned to me needed emergency surgery so all my appts were canceled without recourse. Plus they must not be giving therapists a living wage because they still ask for tips! Wth?

Great office. Peaceful atmosphere. Gives you a very comfortable feeling while waiting in the lobby. Very friendly staff! Quick appointments for first time patients as well. Worked quickly with insurance to confirm eligibility. They offer tons of extra add ins that are not covered under typical insurances. Including electro pulse stimulation for $5 add on. And many other options under $10!!!!

Although it was tough to get an appointment right away for a first time patient I was glad I waited. I didn't have any major issues to address but I have had back pain for years and went in for some maintenance because I changed health insurance and was able to FINALLY get chiropractic care covered. Arena Chiropractic was GREAT! Friendly & helpful front desk staff, very professional and clean. I went through their initial assessment and they did NOT try to sell me a package or tell me that I need to see them every week like previous providers have told me. They explained how many visits

I do not recommended this place ! I called in last week a little bit after 8am and spoke with a lady named Heather. I wanted some information about the chiropractic facility and she was very rude ! I feel that was very unprofessional on her part of her job . I should not have been treated like that when calling in to get information. This lady must have been having a bad morning but that's fine it just cost the company a loss of a new patient.

Very poor customer service. 1st visit ever to a chiropractor because of my back pain. My initial intake appointment was at 2:30 and at 3:10, still hadn't been talked to by anyone...on my way out, the front desk finally told me I was next to see the doctor but after waiting that long for service due to my back pain, not worth it
