First the intake person was very rude.. then I Was placed in a room tonight in the er and when I looked down the floor, curtain, and bottom of the bed had blood. Why would you not wipe up blood before putting someone else there. Common sense that is how people catch things. When it was mentioned to the nurse she acted like it was no big deal.

We were visiting my grandmother and forgot a hose for our daughter's bipap machine. We called the hospital at 10:30 pm. They didn't have the hose we needed but they had their "MacGyver nurse" create a workaround to help our little girl sleep safely through the night. Thank you to the caring staff for helping us find a solution!

I had a horse riding accident and went to Community- my care was great ! I had a number of tests which revealed 4 broken vertebrae and 2 herniated disks . Every person I encountered was professional and compassionate. I am very grateful for all the hospital staff and that this facility is in my neighborhood!

Urgent care was awful and I will never go there again! I understand it’s first come first serve and I had no problem waiting over an hour for my turn but when my turn was up to be seen the doctor came in while my vitals were still being done. Looked in my ears and mouth. Said I had an upper respiratory infection although I had no symptoms. I was in the room exactly 2 MINUTES. This “doctor” didn’t allow me to discuss what was going on, she didn’t even introduce herself to me. Two days later I ended up in the ER at Hamilton where they finally ran tests and I was diagnosed with severe double

Doctor Jeffers was a wonderful help and aid! I felt safe and in the know. The staff was just absolutely wonderful. very respectful, and caring. I live in Norwich, NY, and hate our local hospital. So it was such a nice change to feel like I was being treated as a human being. I had no wait to get a room, and spent 3 days there with them monitoring me. They made me feel right at home. Thank you Guys!!!!!
