I've been a patient of Dr. Mackenzie for several years. He is a kind, thoughtful, and thorough physician, and I would recommend him to anyone. Please don't be dissuaded by the reviews regarding public statements by one his staff - they absolutely do NOT represent the care you will get at this practice.

Dr.M always takes time to listen to me, and do a thorough exam. Calls are answered promptly. 5/5 would recommend!!!

Was there several days ago as a new patient, it was not a pleasant experience.

The dangerous spreading of anti-vaccine behavior by your staff is disheartening. Your patients look to you to lead by example. We are the experts of our field. We need to educate through evidence based practices and support SCIENCE. The videos being spread on social media by your staff should embarrass and disgust you. I urge the medical director of this clinic to contact every patient who has been in contact with this staff member and educate them on the facts. It’s your duty to first do no harm.

Why are you employing nurses who arrogantly brag about "wearing scrubs" and people THINKING she has the Covid-19 vaccine because of that, but dances around on the internet telling everyone how she isn't going to get the vaccine. She's misleading people, endangering clients, and spreading misinformation.

It is terrifying to me that you would employ someone (Melinda) who would mock a lifesaving vaccine. She is a disgrace to your brand, your patients and the medical profession. Spreading false information and using her platform in a negative way is what is wrong with society today. Unfortunately, what she has done cannot be unsaid or unheard by several people. Get rid of her and her toxicity immediately.

One of your supposed nurses, Melinda Wise, has been posting false and dangerous information on social media regarding covid-19. In these videos she has been calling herself a nurse and saying that she will not receive the vaccine for covid-19, nor will she tell her patients. She is advocating for anti-vaxxers in the midst of a global pandemic. I hope this woman does not reflect the quality of nurses you hire as it seems she films these at work. As you have no email I have no choice but to share this publicly.

I have referred many people to this office because Dr.Mckensie seemed very likeable and professional, but as time went on I found that he only wanted to refer me to specialist after specialist and his wife Dr. Burgen seemed put out by concerns that I shared through their patient portal and sent meds to incorrect places to be filled which delayed them.
They seem to want you to come to the office just to have your meds renewed despite ongoing care and stable health. There are medicare regulations for care and they refused to renew my meds during the COVID crisis even though I was out of state, they
