I spilled a ton of coffee on my laptop and these guys were able to get me in for an appointment that afternoon.
They were very realistic about what they could do to potentially repair it and what it would take to repair it cost wise. They were also very communicative over the course of the week that they had it, called several times with updates and did their best to explain what was going on in non-computer person language.
As it turned out, the coffee absolutely ruined the whole laptop and the guys were very communicative about what they could do with that knowledge and wound up advising that

My hard drive had failed to boot and the Computer Hospital was able to provide me with a top of the line SSD drive and clone the old one once they got it up and running again. They were incredibly helpful and very quick, fixing the problem over night. I will definitely recommend them and come back in the future with any computer related issues.

These guys are awesome.
I grew up in a time when professionals were able to troubleshoot at the circuit level what was going on with a device and could precisely tell you what was happening and what it would take to fix it. These types of professionals, far from the geek squad and apple geniuses, are rare nowadays. The team at the Computer Hospital are just these types of people however. I've used them for about 5 or 6 repairs/installs in recent years and they never disappoint. They tell you what to expect and honor what they tell you. I had very very very very very BAD experience there. They didn’t fix my blue screen problem at the first time. Then I have to come back to them and they said it’s my hard drive. HOW it can be! I only have this laptop for one year. I have been charged $160 for deleting my foreign antivirus software. WHAT? It’s an antivirus software! And I found out the screws on my laptop are missing!!! They are not professional AT ALL! Finally I found out it’s the GRAPHIC DRIVER!
