At Water Tower Grille, our goal is simple; to give every customer a unique experience, personalized to them. We been there on weekends, during dinner time 5 star service and food. Went for lunch on a Sunday service seemed confused 3 waitress trying to get drink order. Food arrived colder then I like. Waited very long to cash out. Blamed on large party. We were almost late for next engagement. Next time make large party wait to cash out. We were very simple.

Ugh wish I could give this place a better review. We had a bigger table and things basically started to go down hill as soon as they brought the food out. Started with serving a plate with a glove on it. Hair was found on more then one dish but we stopped complaining after the first hair was found. My husband was severed a glass that had some food in it that was not part of our dinner. At this point our dinner was a lost cause. I have never been to a restaurant where they announced your bill for the entire table to hear instead of printing off a bill. The rest of the party does not need to know

The waitress, Chrissy, was absolutely wonderful, attentive beyond necessary, and very kind!
She set up a perfect table off to the side that worked with our baby's carseat.
She let me taste test an item off the menu.
And brought me containers to take home extra barbecue off the table containers.
The food here was amazing barbecue.
Mac and cheese was a bit greesy but the flavor of it was unique and very delicious.
Prices are a little bit high but nothing crazy. Definitely some good value inexpensive appetizers at the least.
Would definitely recommend!

Update...cannot get enough of this spectacular food, eat here!!! All beef Angus Beef!! Burgers outstanding..pulled brisket sandwich unbelievable, Mac and cheese WOW!!!

Easter Buffet...outstanding food..
I have been to their Sunday buffet such is stocked week with everything. Easter they outdid themselves. Awesome food!!
Small catch they add 20% gratuity on the bill..parties over 6..I get it..for 2ppl...what? It's a buffet ..only set back and our waitress was bad at her
