Fly Away Gourmet would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve you on your departing flight. We feature a full line of organic and all natural produce, meat, poultry, dairy and wild caught fish. Fly Away Gourmet is the only caterer in Vail Valley to offer an extensive Green Packaging program.
We specialize in the freshest product and produce available, so some items may only be available seasonally. INDIVIDUAL INCLUDES: Steel cut oats served in micro safe container with toppings on the side. 6 Assorted crust less bite sized sandwiches with spreads pattered individually or for multiple people.
When ordering, please be sure to include tail number, wheels up time & FBO (EGE, RIL, ASE). There is a $35 delivery charge for EGE, in addition all orders are subject to a 18% FBO and Airport Assessment Fee. General office hours are 06:00-16:00, however please do not hesitate to contact us after hours.
