You would be hard pressed to find somebody in the valley that doesn't know local chef Kip Feight, owner of Conundrum Catering. For more than 20 years, Conundrum has been catering events as diverse as cowboy suppers on private ranches, elegant black tie weddings with five course wine pairings, ski celebrations on top of mountains and some of the best food served in the tent of private parties during the annual Food and Wine Classic in Aspen.
Our Menu Selection changes throughout the Year with the Availability of Ingredients and our Suppliers work very hard to provide us with the Freshest and Highest Quality Ingredients throughout the Year. We provide a 10% Discount on all Regular Catering Prices for Private Chef and Catering Services through the Off-Season.
On behalf of the team, we want to say a big THANK YOU for your help this past week/weekend at the Food & Wine Classic. Conundrum's team experience, patience and overall 'know how' of the event was very beneficial for us. We have received so much positive feedback on our booth, overall activation and of course - THE FOOD! Everything was presented beautifully and we stayed ahead of the demand by pushing the food out very quickly.

Kip & the Conundrum Catering team are amazing, our wedding guests literally gave them a standing ovation! We had our COVID safe wedding in early August where Kip and five of his employees provided food for a cocktail hour and a delicious hosted buffet (they are up on all the COVID rules for the Valley). We had to change our venue less then a week before our wedding and find a caterer, Kip was willing to meet with us for an hour and a half and work out all the details despite having other events that same weekend.

Conundrum Catering just did an absolutely beautiful job, hosting food for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary! Their extremely friendly and flexible office manager, Inga, made the event exceptionally easy/no stress leading up to it and their incredibly accommodating, hardworking and hospitable staff not only made sure that there was a delicious spread of food start to finish, but really took the time to connect with my guests! I really appreciated Chef Kips' management of the night's timeline and his willingness to specially make and present an oyster appetizer to my parents. I cannot speak highly
