I scheduled a move an they were supposed to set everything up. The movers left without setting up the beds, dresser and dining room table. I called to complain and they said they would send another team out for an additional $109.00 after we had already given them $500.00.
The error should have been corrected for free. If you don’t want to work on Christmas Eve, close rather than ruin someone’s day.
After I made this post, your response is false. We were charged and agreed to the hourly rate. We were willing to pay more while they were there, NOT for them to come back and correct things.

Do NOT use this company!! They will tax you on the backend EVERYTIME!!
*Did not show up on moving day, waited all day to call and reschedule.
*Nathan, the GM is a liar and did not hold up his word after they did not show up on my move date then said that is how he conducts business!! He said he would waive my processing fees for the inconvenience of not coming on the date I specified. Only to find out after they have finished the work and it's time to pay that I find out if you pay cash or zelle, there is no processing fees. Straight robbery! I planned

Worst experience. Paid $600.00 to get two young non-muscular kids to move my belongings. They didn't want to take the heavy furniture and dropped my new 6 drawer chest twice. One drop on the gravel/ street ( found two drawer handles in front of the mailbox) and dropped again on the sidewalk at my new residence. That drop I witnessed. Some items have not been unpacked yet. I am afraid to look at them. Lots of expensive breakable items. Had to warn people. If you get thin, 5 foot- six inch movers turn them away. Moving is stressful but you may just have to prolong the move for the right movers

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
This was my first time using movers because I'm new to area and don't have family or friends here.
When they movers arrived I specifically told them my most important thing is my Purple mattress that is less than a year old and expensive!!!
I'm not sure what happened during transit and my mattress was ruined. I specifically told them I was not satisfied and request a discount. The owner denied and said it was my fault! Also I was charged an additional hour and I asked the driver and he said it was for the drive. The drive was only 3 miles and took 9 mins! Also

I paid $50 deposit for them to come Tuesday from 1:00pm-3:00pm and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! They apologized and told me they would come the next day between 8:00am-9:00am. They showed up at 9:45am! The movers themselves were nice people. When I spoke to the owner and asked to be compensated for the major inconvenience of taking off at work for nothing the owner said you must have me confused with another company.... he said when you sign your deposit they can show up whenever they want!

They had to reschedule twice and cancel over an hour after they were supposed to show up every time. When driving between the destinations, we went left the same time they did, and somehow they took an extra 30 minutes to an hour to get to the final destination before we did even though the drive was only 25 minutes. I only wish I had looked at their reviews on google. It's suspicious how there's nothing but good reviews and the bad ones are criticized heavily by the owner, but when you check the reviews on Yelp, it's a different story. Stay away.

I was scheduled to have movers show up at 8:00 and then at 11:00 I was told that they didn't have a crew to move me and would not be sending anyone to my house that day. This left me in a horrible position as I had to be out of the house that day. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Also, the dispatcher manager on duty that day was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. He couldn't have cared less that they screwed me over and cost me a ton of money in the process

When I booked packit movers to move my items from my home I was charged a $50 deposit paid by credit card to them. Their policy states that I can also pay them the total amount after the Delivery of all of my items.
So after I scheduled Packit Movers, they came and packed my items
Not all items were wrapped and many items weren't packed on the truck properly and there was damage don't to my property including damage to my security sign.

I would not recommend using Pack-It Movers. I hired the Company to move items from one apartment to another two miles up the street. Two movers, Trey and Juan, showed up and moved everything quickly but very sloppily. See the damages in the attached photos, they scratched the walls, broke the legs on my sofa and destroyed my bed frame by breaking the rails. Despite my better judgment, I still paid and tipped with the promise from Trey that they would repair the damages within the next few days and exchanged numbers- *3277.

I called these movers to move me a week in advance and paid a $50 deposit. They were scheduled to come move me between 2-4. The day of the move I CALLED THEM at 4 pm because they had not arrived or updated me and they then decided to tell me the crew that was supposed to move me would not be able to come because they were assisting the previous client with more things then expected and told me I would have to wait till the next day. Absolutely unprofessional and they still haven't refunded me. I called A1 Houston movers at 4 pm that day and they sent someone to me by 6 pm. Will never use pack

I met Pack-it-Movers at a Keller Williams training and decided after learning from other agents that had used their services that they were great! I recently referred a client in Houston that was moving! She said they were very efficient, never slowed down and would recommend in the future!
