I used their service yesterday agreed on $270 paid $50 over the phone. 2 nice and very carefull guys came loaded my storage which has dining table, chairs, dressuar, boxes, coffe table, paintings etc. ( no living room, kitchen or bedroom furniture). When they arrive to unload them to my garage their manager called and told them to get $446 to unload. Total is $496 with the $50 up font. If not paid they said they can not unload it. We argued but nothing changed. We had to pay the amount. This company is a scheme. What they did is blackmail. I already report them to business bureau and Small Claims

I originally gave them a 1-star review but am changing it to a 3-star for now because after my horrible experience a few days ago, Nathan (I think he is either the manager or owner), reached out to me immediately and tried to make things right. I truly appreciate the level of care and thoughtfulness that Nathan showed. It was a truly frustrating experience and Nathan made every effort to make it better. And most importantly, he didn't make excuses for his movers' ineptitude on my move. I originally was not going to book them for my next move because of the horrible experience. But because

Worst POS scammer of a moving company. DO NOT USE! They charge for "supplies". The POS Henry who took my booking said $90 per hour with 3 guys. Two guys show up and proceed to wrap and tape furniture for four hours. I complain and am told I was quoted 3 guys for $125 an hour but I "chose" two guys for $90. Entire move lasted 12 hours @ $90 plus $40 "supplies". $1250 for 2 bedrooms move.Plus they broke an item and scratched my bed footboard t0 the wood.

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are scammers. They were scheduled to come and never showed. I kept calling asking where they were and they kept telling me they were trying to find a crew. I had to be out of my storage that day. They were supposed to come between 1 and 3 and nothing. I kept waiting and thinking they would pull a crew together I finally gave up. They have no common courtesy to at least say we cant help were sorry and give me a chance to find another company. Really sucks when you pay a deposit and set up service with a company and they say between 1-3 the following day so you sit around .. waiting.. then at 2:30 they tell you it should be soon and finally at 3:30 when you have had to contact THEM they decide to tell you "it won't be today".. extremely frustrating!

I made a moving reservation with this company to move my 4 bedroom house from Arlington, Tx to Richmond, Tx (258 miles). I didn't receive a contract or anything else in writing so I made several calls between the phone reservation (and $100 deposit) and the moving date (~6 weeks) to ensure I was prepared for the move. I asked if my dressers needed to be emptied (yes), I asked if shrink wrapping my furniture was an option (no, we only cover them in blankets), I asked for an arrival time (11am), etc.
The day of the move, I received a call stating the truck broke down and had to be towed back

Had a move scheduled well in advance and 30 minutes after the 2 hour window they gave, and me calling multiple times to figure out why the movers hadn't arrived yet, I was told that the movers truck broke down. They couldn't get another team to pick up our move that day. I asked if they were available the next day and the guy told me that I was screwed and to call another moving company. Terrible customer service by the guy on the phone. I called back to the main line to talk to a manager and tell him about the poor customer service and he just said he would issue our $50 deposit refund

DON'T USE PACK IT MOVERS!!! If I could give the Idiots no stars I would. I would never recommend them by any means. They are SLOWWW! I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with no appliances. My associates helped disassemble my bed because it was the only one I was taking, while the other was going to storage. MIND YOU, I MOVED FROM ONE APARTMENT TO ANOTHER IN THE EXACT SAME APARTMENTS. There's your visual. Literally it took them 2 hours to pack my kitchen! I ONLY HAD 8 PLATES, 16 UTENSILS, 8 CUPS, A FEW POTS AND PANS. They didn't take any food so this goes to show you how ridiculously

Rarely do I write reviews about bad customer service. However, I recently moved and used this moving company to my dismay. I reserved them and received a firm confirmation with a time via text. That was great!
They were suppose to show up at 11am per the confirmation I received a week earlier. Yet, when movers failed to show up I call the number to inquire about the delay in arrival. A gentleman from California answered and told me to call the owner back in Texas. That was odd I thought!! I called another number and spoke to someone who claimed that my times were wrong and movers would be arriving
