I have an AC leak and I didn’t know what’s the issue. I got referral by friends at LVMPD. I was able to contact them, and the technician came and let me know that it was my AC pan got issue. He was very professional and gave me couple options to resolve the issue. I am very happy with their friendly and professionalism. Definitely referral them to everyone.

Igor had been servicing the original air conditioners and heaters since I moved here over a year ago and very nicely explained why I would need ones soon…After the last breakdown I knew that I needed to replace them before the heat of summer set in…Igor explained to me my choices and educated me on the different manufacturers, so I could make a wise choice…He kept me informed on the shipments and installed them efficiently…I really trust StellaLLC and Igor….

I am very pleased with the A/C work performed by Igor and his crew from Stella LLC. The A/C unit that failed was very old, but Igor was able to troubleshoot and quickly identify the issue. Igor provided status updates as he waited for parts to be delivered and installed them as soon as the parts were available. It's great to have working A/C again! I highly recommend Igor and Stella LLC.

Igor came out and quickly fixed the issue with my AC unit. He brought to my attention that my other unit was leaking as well and proactively fixed that issue before it went out as well. He even followed up after the fact to make sure everything was working properly. I will definitely use Stella LLC again- they’re great!

After getting an estimate from another AC company I text Stella LLC to ask for an additional estimate and the answer to me was" they can install it. You use someone else,they can help". As a home ownwer before I pay someone $4500 for my AC I was just looking for another estimate. Needless to say that in this town with that attitude and poor customer service I would never recommend this company
