I won the jackpot with A-1 . . . with a home warranty, it's the luck of the draw who I receive. I am soo grateful I received A-1. Eric was prompt and early in the window of availability. He quickly found the problem, but because my unit is so old, he couldn't guarantee the part could be found and fixed until Monday (this was Friday). But he got on it right away and was able to complete it by that afternoon! If I have to choose a company on my own, A-1 is definitely #1 for me!

Air went out on a Sunday & assigned by my warranty company same-day. Talked to Crystal at A-1 on Monday & scheduled for an 8A Tuesday with the promise of an earlier appt if one came up, AND... Wanda got me squeezed in on Monday instead at 10A & Jason had me fixed & cool by 11A.
I think most people are hesitant when it comes to maintenance issues, especially where cost is concern, even with warranties, & most of us don't know much about appliances. Bill and his wife Wanda were great Bill refuse to leave until he figured out the problem his wife Wanda understood my frustration she was here with her husband helping out she was a great person to talk to She kept me smiling even though she knew I was frustrated I appreciate both of them my air conditioner is running great and cold now I would recommend this company to anybody and they get 10 Stars not 5

They showed on time after calling to tell me they were on the way. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and above all honest.
Unlike the first company that came to my home they didn't try to sell me all kinds of unnecessary parts and serviced.
