After working for about an hour to unclog the drain, they determined it was completely clogged with roots. They needed to come back the next day with their Hydro jet cleaner to cut through the roots.

We had a severely backed up main sewer drain. I actually noticed Active Rooter's truck going down the street. We decided to give them a call and were honestly so pleased with their company! Mark and his son were honest and professional... Not to mention so friendly! They came the next morning on time and had our line open in no time at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend them!

Active Rooter came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, stayed on the job, no breaks or lunch, until it was complete. Mark and Mark Jr. managed to clear over 800’ of 8” drain tile that had been neglected for nearly 30 years, and was almost completely plugged the entire length. I would highly recommend Active Rooter for all your drain cleaning and plumbing needs.

That being said they ended up staying an extra hour to to work through the roots and open the drain at least so we could use the restroom and water overnight. They showed up in the a.m. the next day and hydro jetted the sewer line. They also ran they're camera inside to show me everything
