After 16 years of having a slow kitchen drain and using drain uncloggers, the drain finally stopped. Eugene was very friendly, personable, & professional. He did a very thorough job making sure the drain was completely clear. He helped taking items out from under the sink and when he was done, made sure everything was cleaned up.

Earlier this afternoon Chris and Dave came to fix a clog in my kitchen sink. They were absolutely nice and professional and figured out why my sink had been backing up. I'd like to thank the guys because they were friendly and cared about the loss of my father. Thank you so very much guys you deserve this compliment and thanks for the laughs to to ease my mind. I would think twice about using this company if you are looking for an honest and ethical company. We paid for a repair, they didn’t have the part and then charged us again for another service visit. Very crooked way fo doing business. Highly unethical!!!!!

Our mainlline was completely clogged/blocked which meant we couldn't use any water. Value Rooter was able to come out same day and get our mainline clear so we can function again. Dave was our plumber and was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional during the experience. Their pricing was very fair and we would recommend them to anyone.
