Our corporate office is located in Tampa, Florida and we have support offices in Fort Lauderdale, and Jacksonville with support offices in DeBary, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Austin, Texas.

Services
Contaminants we focus on include solvents, pesticides, metals, asbestos, hydrocarbons, and other materials/chemicals that may be present in soil, sediments, sludge, groundwater, surface water, building materials, and air. Our team is among the best in their respective disciplines and they take great pride in helping our clients overcome environmental obstacles that may affect their bottom line and plans for their properties.
MAS recognizes the necessity to provide rapid responses to address the various aspects of environmental consulting, insurance claim reviews and management, and emergency response that may be required by our clients. Our staff and associated subcontractors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The founder of MAS had worked for a variety of environmental companies over the span of at least twenty years. In 2010, several of his clients met with him for lunch and suggested that he start his own firm. They offered their full support and believed in him based on years of working together.
Since that time, MAS has grown from a small partnership to a thriving environmental company including professional engineers and engineers in training, professional geologists, environmental scientists, experienced field personnel, and administrative staff located in multiple Florida offices and two (2) out-of-state satellite offices.

Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments are key ingredients to practicing sound due diligence. MAS staff has significant experience in conducting due diligence assessments on properties such as commercial, industrial, residential, and vacant land. Our reports follow ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments and ASTM E1528-14 Standard Practice for Limited Due Diligence protocols.
