The Filter Factory, Inc currently manufactures filters for the following applications. If you are unsure which filter type best suits you application, please feel free to contact us. Cabin Air filters are used to protect equipment operators from hostile conditions in their operating environment. Rangehood or Grease filters are used above or around range tops to prevent grease and spatter from entering the fan.
Since we first created our website, The Filter Factory has undergone many changes. Firstly, we have moved. We had a very successful decade at our Carpinteria location, but in 2004 it became evident that we had outgrown our current factory space. We relocated to Lompoc, where we have our own 10,000 square foot building.
What are your business hours? We are here to serve you from 7AM to 4PM PST Monday thru Friday. Voicemail and Email are on 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we check them several times a day. Is the number on my filter the part number? Depending on who the filter is built for, a part number may or may not be on the frame of a filter.
The Filter Factory's line of Cabin Air Filtration includes the following filters used to protect equipment operators from hostile conditions in their operating environment. TECHX filtration media is a mixture of polypropylene and modacrylic fibers. The exchange of electric charge between these dissimilar materials produces stable static electric charges.
The CELLX is designed to fit your application in a variety of materials. We offer a wide selection of bonding materials and frame materials. The filtration media is cellulose paper, which comes in a large range of efficiencies and resistances. You define shape, size, efficiency, and \or pressure drop.

A small "Mom and Pop" assembler of paper and foam filters. Their filtering technology is basic industry STANDARD (Paper, Non Woven Activated Charcoal, Charged Foil). We requested a quote in 2018, and gave this team a second try with a RFQ in 2020. Our on site visit in 2018 of the mfg operations revealed:
-A very "Manual" assembly process
-Very dated test lab with no documented process or manual
-Very old equipment with visible "adhoc" repairs;
-No documented production system
