Originally founded by Dennis Bethel, for over thirty years we have provided civil engineering services for land development and public works projects throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County. Bethel Engineering has served the Central Coast since 1980. This 120+ acre development along Santa Maria's Highway 101 corridor is an important milestone for the city.
It reflects an expansion of the commercial vitality of the valley as well as providing necessary infrastructure upgrades. As you drive past Santa Maria near the 101 and Betteravia Interchange you could see the Historic Enos Family Home. Left vacant for years, the City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department coordinated with NKT Commercial to save the home and relocate it in a proposed city park.
