SPRAVATO (Esketamine) is a prescription medicine, used along with an antidepressant taken by mouth, for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults. Dissociation (feeling disconnected from yourself, your thoughts, feelings, space and time), dizziness, nausea, sedation (sleepiness), spinning sensation, reduced sense of touch and sensation, anxiety, lack of energy, increased blood pressure, vomiting, and feeling drunk.
Dr. Bilotti has over 20 years of practice experience. He specializes in treating patients with mental health disorders and addictions. His particular clinical interests are in medication-assisted treatment of opiate use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and affective disorders. Dr. Bilotti is Clinical Asst.
