Services
To help you acquire a full workout, we have several different weight machines that hit every major body part. Our weight machines are Life Fitness brand and very up to date. Each machine shows on the sides a picture demonstration how to operate the machine with the body part being worked highlighted in red.
Our free weight area is the most sophisticated in the county. We offer many different types of weight training equipment in order to provide for a variety of goals. We have both Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. No matter your shape, size, ability, or goals, we have the best equipment to fit your needs.
Tanning is a FREE amenity included in our PLATINUM membership. The PLATINUM membership is just $10 extra per month. Our facility is never closed, and neither are our tanning beds! We provide 24 hour tanning access to accommodate your busy schedule. We offer the most recently developed HEX tanning beds and Ultra Wide Body lay down bronzer beds.
Our kidzone facility is kept in a clean and safe environment that is constantly monitored by a staffed member. Those put in charge of childcare have been evaluated and are well trusted, responsible members of Total Fitness. There are plenty of toys for the children to play with along with puzzles, books, and coloring books.
