Services
Amanda is back for a one time workshop to prepare us for the winter season. Join us on daylight savings to ground, flow, and ease into the winter season. So often, this time of year can become heavy, filled with tasks on the to-do list, and hard to keep up with daily practices. Our intention with this offering is to join in community and welcome winter in a way that opens us to the magic of this season.

This studio is the BEST! All the instructors bring such good energy and motivation to every unique class. They truly seem to love what they do which makes loving working out with them easy. KC is the best, she is so caring towards her clients and truly has a passion for her business and it shows. Highly recommend trying any and all classes at this studio and the sister studio, hot11yoga!

The Barre is a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to attend a class! As someone who has been pretty petrified of workout classes and always feels awkward or one step behind, I appreciate the instructors continuous gentle feedback during the classes. I always get a great workout and am sore for days after!

I have explored a LOT of Barre and Yoga studios and never did I expect to have one of the best experiences yet at this tiny town of Cromwell, CT! The moment I walked in, Casey, our class instructor, was so warm and welcoming it felt like I was meeting a girlfriend for coffee. All of the members were kind and encouraging, and the atmosphere was clean and lovely. Casey was an excellent instructor, supportive and empowering and attentive to details that would improve our practice. After class she assisted me in setting up my next class at the Hot Yoga studio just a few doors down and even allowed

Unfortunately the person that runs this business comes across as very insecure. On multiple occasions, I believe this person has taken aim at other women in business to make it harder to do business in the area. This person has appeared to make complaints about other women owned businesses operating fully within their rights in Rocky Hill.
When I attended the studio for fitness, there were many passive aggressive signs to direct customers. It was very unwelcoming and unnecessary direction for adults that pay to attend. Needless to say I don't feel like going back there.
