We had my son's wedding this past August and it was amazing. The place was gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating. All of our guests were very impressed with lights and decorations that are a part of venue and it required very little extra decorations. Even without the building being air-conditioned it was very comfortable due to the many fans that are in the rafters. I would highly recommend using this venue and would use them again for an event.

RWB really saved the day for us. We had originally booked another venue and found out 20 days before that we were double booked and they were giving us the boot. My husband made a call to the venue after find them on wedding wire and they were available so we put our deposit in ASAP.
Obviously the venue had been sitting for a bit and just needed a good sweep, which we were happy to help out with. Their price was super reasonable compared to other venues in the area but just needed some extra TLC.

The wedding barn was a great choice for our wedding venue. We were looking for something a bit non traditional, where we could focus on fun, dancing, and a great time for all! Everything at the wedding barn was very easy going and taken care of without issue. Kellie and Joy were always very attentive and easy to get a hold of. The other aspects of the wedding recommended by them and included as part of our package were also awesome, such as the DJ and cake. Thanks for making our big day great!

I wouldn’t have been happier anywhere else. The Rochester Wedding Barn and Event Venue was the perfect place for my wedding. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is phenomenal, and the barn is simply gorgeous. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting about the wonderful experience they had at our wedding. My favorite part was all of the amenities included in one place- food, drinks, venue, cake, DJ, and transportation. They even recommend hotels in the area for lodging. This made planning the wedding a breeze! Thank you Rochester Wedding Barn for making my wedding day easy and fun!

Id put lower than 1 star but I cant! I could write a short novel on all the promises they made us, and then no follow through! The day of the wedding at 1pm, we received a phone call while we were getting our photos done that our wedding band was not allowed to play because they had drums. WHAT??!! This is after the drummer had met with the owner and discussed where their whole band was going to be set up and play two weeks earlier. Also on the wedding day, after they served all of dinner, they told us that their oven was broken and could no longer do pizzas for us at 9pm like we agreed on, so

I loved the venue, although there was a little miscommunication about the final cost. The DJ they have is AWFUL and when I say awful, I mean absolutely horrible. I met with the guy 3 times because I was going… to be in and out of NYS before the wedding (we lived in Alaska at the time). Each time I met with him was like our first time meeting. He'd write things down on a piece of computer paper and then the next time I met with him he'd have to start over completely because he lost the paper from the previous meeting. I thought we had finalized everything the Monday before our Saturday wedding

Our daughter was married here last weekend. It is a magical place. I highly recommend the Wedding Barn & Event Center for anyone considering this as a location for their wedding or other special event. The owners are wonderful to work with and the barn is beautiful as well as unusual. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the wedding.

The weekend was so wonderful and the place was so so perfect and amazing the staff could not have been more helpful and as part of the wedding party I really was impressed with each and every detail the food was so so good from the appetizers to the dessert!
