Dr. Elrich was very nice and thorough! Office staff was kind and helpful and knew what my insurance provided without even looking it up! Had an issue with a trial pair of contacts and called about it. Brandy said to just swing by and they would give me a new one and they had it ready and waiting for me when I got there!

Very unfriendly and Receptionist Brandy has an attitude problem. Not just with patients but also with her own co workers. I was also a on three way call with her and my insurance and she started getting snappy with the insurance representative. They have also apparently accidentally signed up for the United Healthcare Community plan and don't even realize yet they are trying to blame it on the insurance like they just go around putting in random doctors. 😂😂 Doctor sighed when doing the what looks better one or two? If you had to look more than once. Just a horrible experience kinda glad they
