LISORE has been an institution in Nassau County for over 15 years. We were the first Real Estate School to offer flexible schedules for Real Estate Salesperson. We at LISORE realize that not everyone's life is suited to a traditional 9 to 5 classroom course. We set the standard on Long Island by offering quality education days, evenings and on weekends.
75 Hour Salesperson: If you are new to Real Estate, you will first need to take a 75 hour salespersons course. New York State Department of State requires all new Salespersons to take a 75 hour course prior to working as an agent.
30 Hour Remedial (Gap or Supplemental) Course:The 30 Hour Remedial Course is for those who originally passed a 45-hour Salesperson and need to take an additional 30 hours to satisfy the 75 hour requirement to become a Salesperson or a Broker.Continuing Education: Lisore offers 22.5 Hours of Continuing Education for Salespersons and Brokers in a classroom setting and online.

Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen, perminent resident, have a work permit or a work authorization card. Felony: Must not have committed a felony. Felons may get a Real Estate License if they have a pardon, Certificate of Good Conduct, or a Certificate of Relief of Disabilities. Please contact LISORE if you have any questions.

Career Webschool has individual courses available plus three groups of classes. These groups are the most economical way to satisfy all your New York State Required Continuining Education. As an added bonus, if you take the Residential CE 1 it will include the 3hours required by NAR every four years.

This school is one of the best in Long Island. The prices are very reasonable and inexpensive. Scott, my current instructor, teaches very proficiently and clearly. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humor and entertains the class so that no one gets bored. I would recommend this school and this instructor to anyone who is looking to take classes in Real Estate.
