Worth Real Estate is a family owned and operated real estate company serving the tri-state area for over 50 years. Since its founding in 1960, Worth has grown from a small real estate office to a multi-faceted real estate company with expertise in construction, development, property management, tenant relationships, contract services, landlord representation and real estate transactions.
Lynn's experience in Real Estate and Property Management began when working with her father who opened up Worth Real Estate in 1962. Lynn highlights her success from the education she received from her father. Now after 30 years Lynn has owned and operated her own property management and real estate brokerage firm devoting her time to her clients.
When managing a property or complex we are very familiar with the rules and regulations. When listing with us we know all the answers to many questions the buyer may have. Listing with us will saves several steps and the process is handles much more smoothly by keeping it in house. In addition, we handle closings at our office and take care of all the paperwork and logistics for our clients.
Condominium's operate like a cooperative (co-op) except that when you buy a condo, you buy an individual piece of real property, not stock in a corporation. The condo building is divided into individual units and a common area. You own your apartment unit an undivided interest in the common area.
