This is the absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. They made empty promises and had horrible customer service. They took 6 months to sell my house and then gave my house keys and lock code to the new owners before we closed on our home. I moved out of state and paid movers to come get the rest of my belongings from my house before we closed and they had already given my house keys to the new owners and told me that they couldn’t let the movers into my house and they could come back after the new owners moved in. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They refused to respond

Full Sail Real Estate got a great offer on our house in Eagle, Idaho, after only two weeks! The team all got to work the day I signed with Spencer Southey, our Agent Extraordinaire, getting the house staged (simply but effectively) taking pictures and videos and creating 360's and Virtual Tours. He started networking right away, Open House, Showings, advertising... a great sign in front of the house... the whole package! The offer from a nice couple whom Spencer assured us would be good owners for our house was soon accepted by us, and then Henley Kim came forward with the closing documents

I can't leave a review without being very critical about certain negative actions by my agent. I retired from real estate serving as a broker in Washington state for ten years so I was used to certain standards of practice. Mainly serving my own clients needs and holding important details confidential as these are important when negotiating with a seller. There are times when you have to be a tough negotiator to serve in your clients best interest. The seller's agent is doing the same for them. When being sent documents to sign without a heads up explanation is troubling and trying

Using Full Sail Real Estate to purchase our first home in Meridian was such a great experience. Charlie Rogers is a killer agent who worked diligiantly to find the home we had been looking for. He was in constant communication with us throughout the enterity of our search/buying/closing and even after. When it came time for negotiations, he got us a great deal, better than we had thought, showing his knowledge of the area and market. As we are new to the area, Charlie was also a great tour guide, showing and telling us about great places to see and eat at.

We found Jeff K. of Full Sale Real Estate through Zillow when we moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Eagle, Idaho. He began showing us homes immediately upon our arrival from California. Jeff preselected homes for us to view after a couple of phone conversations and before we actually met. Following our first in-person meeting and discussion, he modified his list, and was flexible in meeting our needs, as he learned more about our preferences. I’ve been extremely impressed, from the very beginning, with the professionalism and care that Steve and Amy have provided.
