Fracturing the nose is a common injury, resulting in a painful, swollen appendage on your face. While many nose fractures can be healed quickly and easily with a slight adjustment and stabilizing, others may require more advanced facial reconstruction. A nose fracture that is left untreated can become aesthetically unpleasing, resulting in a crooked or misshapen nose.
Rhinoplasty is one of the most intricate and nuanced cosmetic procedures performed today. The cosmetic outcome of rhinoplasty can sometimes fall short of your expectations and revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. Inadequate patient selection, incorrect or poorly executed surgical maneuvers, and poor healing in the postoperative period may lead to asymmetry, under correction or over reduction, and nasal obstruction.
The eyelids are one of the first facial features to show signs of aging. Sagging upper eyelids may require an eyelid lift. It made my nose look slightly wonky and was a big insecurity of mine. After extensive research on which doctor to go to for my forehead osteoma removal, I decided to go with Dr. Khosh because of how highly reviewed he was. He did not disappoint!!! At the end of July 2021 I had an osteoma bump on my forehead that was successfully removed by Dr. Khosh without leaving a noticeable scar. It looks great now and completely healed! Messed up my eye. He had a hand brace on when I met him first. This should have been a warning. He said he takes it off for surgery. he was taking out the thread after the eye surgery. The one eye was stuck, as he tugged, I told he stop, he pulled harder and harder till I slapped his hand away. He said he thought maybe I was being sensitive. I broke my nose Boxing. I was very upset. I had zero airway from my left nostril. My septum was deviated and it closed off my respiration on the left side. I had a septoplasy procedure. I am happy to report that only two weeks after my surgery my left airway has almost entirely returned. Dr. Khosh is a master surgeon and has very good bed side manors.

I can't begin to say how much Dr. Khosh has changed my life. I had a large keloid on my ear removed by a local dermatologist who never really explained the dangers of it coming back (and often worse). He basically did the surgery, took my money, and sent me on my way. Needless to say, the keloid came back with a vengeance. I had 2 huge keloids on my ear that nobody wanted to touch.
