Dave Fassett focuses his practice on commercial and other civil disputes, criminal investigations and prosecutions, and transactional matters. Michele Deshefy is the Firm Administrator and Legal Assistant to Jack Arseneault. A graduate of Roberts Walsh Business School, she has been in the legal field for over 40 years. During her career, she has been employed by large and small law firms gaining experience in multiple disciplines. She has been with Arseneault and Fassett, LLC for 24 years.
