Disclaimer: I might sound a bit upset but I am still willing to keep going to this Dentist especially for their kind customer service and helpful advice when asking or calling.
Did not get an X ray update by the main Dentist Bautista
Didn't know up front I was paying for x rays even though I didn't feel like I needed them
Did not get demonstrated how to properly brush with bleeding gums or given advice/pamphlets on what to do

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I will repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.
REASON: I made an appointment at noon. I arrived at 11:45. Two patients arrived at the same time, telling the window they also had noon appointments.
The staff brought the other patients to the treatment area and left me in the waiting room for an hour. I patiently waited. I watched the two patients check out at the front desk, both patients were NOT happy with their treatment.
Now, I work in the medical field, and this is an instant Red Flag. I figured they had only two working chairs. They over-booked and just figured

I came in with terrific pain that I'd had for 3 days over the weekend and into Monday. I called around and couldn't get in on an emergency basis anywhere.
When I called Dr Bautista's office she agreed to see me immediately. They took x-rays and she found the problem, an abcess at the tip of the root of a root canal I'd had done 15 years ago. She told me this kind of problem has to be done by a specialist, a general dentist simply is not equipped for this specialized work.
She prescribed antibiotics to start killing the infection and help with the pain, and then sent a referral

I was a patient of Dr. Bautista's for several years while I was a college student at HSU.
I spent thousands of dollars out of pocket with her to do all kinds of dental work including multiple crowns. ALL of her crowns had to be redone just a few years later. They were very ill fitting and she left big gaps for decay to get underneath. She's a nice enough lady but her work is not quality. Her office was also very disorganized and I should have taken this as a sign. I wish I had seen reviews before going to see her. Very, very expensive mistake. If you are looking for an amazing dentist

She is one of the best dentist I have seen in a long time,I started going to her almost 3 years ago to get a partial denture for my wedding and recently got full dentures and I am happy!.everyone in her staff is amazing. I wish that I could give her a glowing review, but I can't.
When I went to see her, she told me that my amalgam (silver) fillings needed to be replaced. They were not giving me any problems, but I trusted her advice. Looking back, I think that she was just looking to make as much $ off of me as possible, by doing unnecessary work. Because of that, I no longer trust what she says, and am looking for another dentist.

My appointment with Dr Bautista was wonderful. She was thorough and gentle with my teeth and gum check and the cleaning was excellent. My teeth are visibly a lighter shade and the plaque build up is completely gone. I highly recommend a cleaning with Dr Bautista. Her staff is also friendly and helpful. I will be back in 6 months. Thanks Dr. Bautista!

Ugh... it's all true. I feel like such a fool for not checking the reviews first. Just like the other reviews say, she told me I had 4 cavities after only having one other cavity in 36 years. She filled the "cavities" and I have been in terrible pain for 2 weeks since. And now for the refund battle since I was overcharged before they ever billed my insurance. There are plenty of other dentists in the area... find a good one

THANKS TO THIS SO CALLED DENTIST I HAVE A SIX HOLES IN MY TEETH!!!!! She claimed that I had 8 cavities when I have never had even ONE! She filled one side of my mouth and before she could get her hands on my teeth and money. I drove 7 hours to my dentist from back home, only to tell me that SONIA BAUTISTA LIED!!
She drilled hole and filled teeth that did not need fillings and charged me twice for one filling!!!!
SONIA BAUTISTA IS A CON ARTIST and a HORRIBLE DENTIST!!
Not to mention her TERRIBLE STAFF- Who were insanely rude/ unhelpful/ unresponsive to me COUNTLESS TIMES!

First time I've ever been to a dentist in 8+ years and finally found one that I like. My exam and cleaning services were swift, had straightforward explanations, and were reasonably priced. I even had an extraction done and was the most gentle, painless, and swift extraction I've ever received. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs, but more importantly their recommendations during my visits during consultation was honest and straightforward-- no pulling my chain and guilt tripping that I've experienced in the past. I definitely thought this was the most pleasant

Now we are switching dentists, and trying to get copies of our x-rays has been an ongoing hassle for the past 3 weeks. Shala is apparently the only person with access to email and is clueless. She informed me I needed to fill out a release form which I could expect to be emailed in one day. One week later I called to follow up as to why it wasn't received and she had no clue what I was talking about. This time she insisted that the release form must be faxed, or a simple email saying "release the xrays" would be sent instead. She sent me a blank email and then did not return

Her hygienist was clumsy and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. Dr. Bautista told me I had 11 cavities! Which is more than I have ever had in my life, and after she filled them 2 fell out within 3 months time and one was rouge and turned a funny yellow color that did not match the natural color of my teeth. It took me over a year to pay off the bill which she convinced me to put on a credit card. My teeth did not hurt at all when I made the appointment, I simply thought I should get a checkup but now my teeth are sensitive to temperature and sugar and hurt nearly everyday. I do not

I wish I could put negative stars, both my sister and I had the same experience- she told me that my mouth was full of cavities- I had never had a single cavity in my entire life until I went to Dr. Bautista, then every time I went in she told me I had several cavities or cracked teeth. Unfortunately I was young and I never got a second opinion, and now the majority of my teeth have been filled. Terrible woman, cost my family thousands of dollars and ruined my teeth. I regret ever going to this dentist, please do not choose Dr. Bautista, she should have her license revoked! She drilled too deep
