Awesome when my husband died but left me hanging when they (Nash) was notified that the ss# did not match the deceased name. Never even attempted to notify me. 9 months after my husband died, I tried to close his estate with an attorney’s help - only to be shut down by the IRS. After dealing with the accusation that my husband was living a second life - I found that the ss# was not his. Never once did Spann funeral home attempt to help me. After multiple calls TO spann and NEVER once a return call, I contacted them,again, Monday 11/22, and they called the health dept ONLY to find the death certificate

Spann is a quality, hometown funeral home and crematory. The facilities are spacious and tasteful. The staff is super professional and they understand every family need in the end of life process. From 2014-2021 we have lost 5 close family members. We chose Spann for each of them. Steve, Nash, Janelle and their team are such a blessing. They are 110% devoted to taking care of each family and making sure that our loved ones are honored. They have gone above and beyond every single time. It takes special people to do what they do. They truly have servants hearts and my family & I are so incredibly thankful for all of their dedication.

My sisters and I are grateful to the staff at Spann Funeral Home for the kindness, compassion, and guidance they extended to us after the death of our mother. They were exceedingly accomodating. We were impressed and comforted by how they were able to make our beautiful mother look the way we remember her, just by looking at a picture we had given them. She looked like she was peacefully sleeping. We give Spann Funeral Home 5 stars.
