Nashville Cremation Center

I have buried many family members over the years but this has been the absolute worst place to deal with. I would never recommend going here.The website had a price listed ,they quoted a different price price over the phone and added a 1000.00 dollars after we got there. Then they said they could accept donation payments and when people called they told them they couldn't take the payments. They told us we could pay the final balance the morning of the viewing and then called back and said it had to be paid the day before by 5. I am so shocked that we were lied to so many times during such a hard

Valerie was very sweet and caring to my brother and I during our time of need. Neither one of us had dealt with a situation like this before, so having her there to to walk us through the process was a relief. I would highly recommend the services here. They made this difficult process so much easier for us. Thank you!!!

Spoke to Chris who encouraged us to complete the documents online from there website as all forms needed could be esigned and was told it would take 7-10 days to receive my mother’s ashes back. 7 days after completing the forms and paying my father received a call from the staff saying there was yet another form that needed to be signed. My mother has been laying in there facility for 7 days and nothing has been done. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you want things done in a timely fashion.

Not terribly thrilled that my mom was cremated still wearing her wedding ring. It is not a valuable item, except in the most important way... sentimentally.
I hoped I selected a business that would treat my mother with dignity. it doesn't sound like she was.

Really Oughta get 10 stars because they were that good. My Mom passed suddenly and I didn't have a plan in place... I called (at 2am) and They were calm, helpful and professional. Literally took care of everything, promptly and professionally. I was exhausted and stressed out (obviously) BUT Nathaniel made sure everything got taken care of AND it was really affordable.

I couldn’t have prayed for an easier process for a difficult situation. Nathaniel was so professional, empathic and helpful. He is a man of his word. I live in Virginia and my veteran dad unexpectedly passed away in Tennessee. Nathaniel made sure everything was taken care of and even had the forethought to suggest an upgraded container when I could not, specifically, voice what I was thinking. December 09/2017 we lost our third imitate family member, to natural causes. 04/11/2017 we lost our baby sister to stage 4 Breast Cancer, 07/31/2017 we lost our mother to COPD and our baby brother to Acute Aspiration Pneumonia and Septic Shock.
Hard as it has been, baby brother (61) wishes were to be Cremated.
From the first call from the hospital to Nashville Cremation Center, Nathaniel, has walked our family through such a difficult time, ending when we picked, baby brother remains, compassionate, leaving us with peace.

Very cold and uncaring employee when we picked up my brother in law's cremains last Saturday. He did not offer condolences, very matter of fact. No kindness shown in any way. We purchased an urn elsewhere for the image we desired. He practically was scolding us, saying some lids won't tighten, etc. very disappointed

The staff at Nashville Cremation Center were extremely helpful. I contacted them with questions and they immediately called me back and gave answers in full details. Not only did they help with my questions, they made me feel confident in my selection.

For the past month or so, I have been setting up a plan for a family member. All the dealings with them have been top notch, straight forward, efficient and respectful.

The price could not be beat, being 50 miles from Nashville, after the first 50 miles there was an added $45 to pick up. However, an additional $100 discount was applied, due the fact the deceased was a U.S. Veteran (plus the Fed Gov pays for 3 death certificates if a U.S. Vet). So straight cremation (no viewing or service, or urn), total price, is less than $850 (with 5 extra death certs, 8 in total); with an extra 50 miles
