Tony is great! He was great at communicating with me throughout my entire home-buying process. He answered every question that I had and went out of his way to make sure I closed on the date that I wanted. Michael has been wonderful to work with in every transaction I have done! Last time we bought a house, we got a really great rate from our bank. I was skeptical about asking for a quote from anyone else. When I spoke to Tony I was genuinely surprised at the quote. It was lower than my other quote. The fees were lower to boot. Tony was very helpful in explaining the process. My husband used Moneylink Mortgage to buy a house before we met. The closing date moved up from the original closing date but no one updated the homeowner's insurance policy. 2 days later the dishwasher line broke and flooded the whole house. Everyone blamed the other person in the process and my husband ended up having to pay over $50k out of… pocket bc the insurance wasn't in place. Legally I don't know how you could even fund on the closing without the insurance binding. Now this year 2019, the taxes went up over $2k a year and his taxes weren't prorated properly. The monthly payment
