I strive to answer people's questions and explain the terms and procedures in plain English so that you have a very good understanding of loan options for you and how it all works. What good is it for me to sound very professional but leave you confused or anxious? If I say something that you don't understand, please bop me over the head!

Gilma was amazing to work with throughout the entire mortgage process. She was professional and more importantly, very responsive. She also assisted us in finding reasonable homeowners insurance as well as other services that she didn't have to do for us. In this competitive market, Gilma was able to meet the aggressive closing date we had to extend to make our offer mort attractive to the sellers. Great experience.

Gilma at Clearwater Mortgage was able to accomplish in 2 weeks what another mortgage company could not accomplish in 7 weeks - an answer as to the status of the loan application. Not only did Gilma obtain an answer, but a conditional approval and subsequent closing within 4 weeks of the loan application submission. Gilma is knowledgeable, professional, quick, intelligent and witty, which is what anyone needs while trying to obtain refinancing (or financing). I not only highly recommend Gilma for any of your mortgage needs, but I demand that you see her first and don't make the same mistake I did
