I'm writing this review for my friend that doesn't speak English. She ordered a sofa from them more then 6 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. After going through multiple emails, phone calls their employee Ignacio Otegui finally told us last week that the package was sent out weeks ago and should have arrived in California already. The same day we requested a tracking number to make sure when the package was going to arrive.
