Very rude. and yes i will specify. I called with a question and the lady didn't even listen to what I had to say, cut me off and hung up on me. maybe she was upset she was working on the holidays, but that is not a reason to be rude to anybody. you have to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I have never left a bad review anywhere I was shocked.

We own a house in Coconut Grove and wanted furniture for our outdoor pool lounge setting in our garden. When we visited the store we were amazed with the selection of both medium and high-end brands. We visited the store several times and the staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. The store is really a showroom for an even larger selection available on their well organized web site. I finally selected the Janus et Cie loungers and chaise.
To be sure I researched, trying to see if better prices were available online. I did find one similar unit that seemed lower priced but they matched
