Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Value
My three grandkids have been there, since you enter to the front desk, Mrs Naomi treat you as a family member, Mrs Wanda, Mrs Josephine, Mrs Judy all treat with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Just to mention a few of the good people who work there.

Critical: Professionalism
The daycare and VPK center are very clean. The teachers are great with the students. The administration however is very unprofessional and nobody communicates with each other. I would only choose this location again as a last resort as my experiences here haven’t been the best. And I would NOT recommend to my family or friends.

All the staff are always friendly and welcoming! It's a very family feel environment. They provide a small breakfast and have afternoon snacks for extended hours. They do a good job with including parents in events and keeping you informed of your little ones progress. My son learned alot from the VPK program in such a short amount of time and most importantly he LOVES it there!

I wanted to share this with the community that I liked the daycare for the simple fact that this is the first daycare I have gone to and it didn't smell like dirty diapers, chlorine, or old spoiled milk. My child attended there for the Thanksgiving out of school week and the staff did a awesome job kids personalities were sweet the children seemed cheerful, and just enjoyed being at daycare. I've been to daycares were kids were dirty b/c they had been neglected all day, and look miserable. The environment just looked hectic. I would definitely recommend sending you child here. I want to share this comment with every parent hopefully reads this. Today 8/13/18 i drop my son for the first time to try this VPK school unfortunately it was very alarming that there is a huge safety issue at the entrance. First the main door was unlocked and there was no one checking in parents . i stand in a corner and watch everyone go in opening the door and not being checked in . My sons safety is more important than anything . i dont want my son to be misssing in result of the school safety concerns. That door needs to be lock at all time or some staff at the door you should be ashamed

Very disappointed as I had very high hopes for this daycare. I came to this establishment because I was recommended by a neighbor. Even though the review on Yelp wasn't good. Aquarelle charges $175 a week for my 1 year old (full time) and $70 for my 5 year old (after school) weekly prices are average. They charge $75 registration fee and $60 for classroom supplies per child for a total of $515 to start. Parents can opt to pay the supplies weekly at $20 a week and I received a 10% discount for enrolling 2 children. I also have to provide lunch for my 1 year old and second snack for both of

What I do like about this daycare is they interact with the kids a lot. Some teachers are not as qualified as they should be. Most teachers do care for the kids tho. There are not enough teachers to cover all the children on occasions. They dont always follow all the rules. Example, one day they will let you bring your child at 11 and the next day they don't (because DCF was there) The front desk girl always looks mad or like she hates her job and has a very bad attitude.

This place is AWFUL! The Director is the reason behind this. She is such a rude and condescending human being. I feel sorry for the people that worked there. I pulled my son out after a huge altercation with her. He was there for 10 months and got sick every other week. It was unsanitary and flat out disgusting. He now attends Kids R Kids in Clermont which is a FANTASTIC school. He's has yet to be sick and has been there since leaving Aquarelle. They are $5 more in cost weekly but yet so much more is offered. My son is learning more and so much happier. I wish I'd found this place sooner
