I had an irrigation pipe break under my concrete pathway. I was referred to Chula Vista Lawn from my plumber. Chula Vista Lawn quoted me $1500. They found an easier solution and only charged me $795. Rarely do I ever get to pay less that what I am quoted. They did a great job. I appreciate honest hard work. Charles was great in setting things up and Pedro did all the dirty work. Super nice guy.

SOLID Five star rating! The entire experience from contacting g Charles to completion of the work by Pedro were EXCEPTIONAL. I called left and left a message. Charles called me back immediately, he told me that he would send me an email with my appointment booking. He did as promised and booked me for about one week out. I emailed and confirmed the day prior and Pedro showed up promptly at the appointment time. He worked diligently to solve my sprinkler problems. He replaced what needed to be replaced, he showed me what needed to be done, and made recommendations and was very upfront about it all

Had a leak for over a week in my front yard. I thought it was due my sprinkler system since the water is pooling under the sprinkler head and the valves. My gardener replaced the valve and then the sprinkler head and left. I turned on the water main and there's the leak again. Found Chula Vista Lawn through Yelp and messaged Charles at about 8:30PM. Next day I got Pedro at 7:00AM, these guys are legit. Seriously, I was brushing my teeth when he knocked on my door at the exact appointment time. Quite frustrated with the business that occurred between us and the company. We initially got a quick response, the owner had someone out same day to our house to see the work we wanted down and wrote everything down. I had also sent several photos to the owner showing what we wanted to be completed. Not only were there photos, but his employee also was walked through the backyard and shown exactly what we wanted done. I received a quote back for $640 and we were fine with that. As I mentioned numerous times on the phone, not sure where the breakdown in communication was because my husband, my roommate, and myself all pointed out to the gentleman that came for the quote that we wanted the pile removed. So yeah, it came to me as a complete shock that you wanted to charge an extra $1500 at least. We then spent several hours after your crew left cleaning up piles, tree branches, and debris that were scattered throughout our yard along with broken tiles that happened too. Called Charles and in just 2 days I was able to receive a quote. 5 stars for even just that. Many individuals are horrible at communicating. Can't wait to see the finished initial work. I planted all the plants and trees in my yard. My husband and I invest at least 2/3 hours in maintaining our yard ourselves but it's becoming a hardship for us now due to our busy schedules. We hired a company once and after 2 completed jobs, I decided we did a better job so why throw away our money. The guys did a great job cleaning up my place. My prior landscapers kept shortchanging us on what services they were supposed to do so we fired them. By the time we called Chula Vista Lawn, it was pretty overgrown. The price for cleanup seemed high but after checking around, it's pretty reasonable. I'm confident that they will do a great job on my lawn maintenance in the future.
