When we interviewed potential Real Estate Agents in Harbor Springs Annie took the time to explain the current market and developed a marketing plan to sell our home. We have used Annie on three of our properties we were buying and selling (one in northern Michigan and two in the Detroit area) and it was a great experience having her be our realtor. Annie was our real estate agent for 2 sales and a purchase in less than 12 months. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave us advice on what fix ups needed to be made before selling to the point of going to the store and helping us pick out paint! On our second sale, we had offers coming in within hours of listing the property. The only bad thing is that because she found our forever house we won't be able to work with her again!
