I would rather be homeless than rent from this company again. It appeared that the owner lets one of his employees do as they will without his knowledge. They have troubles communicating with their tenants and lie whey they actually do. It appears the only tenants they allow to get away with everything and actually listen to are complete psychopath. Not very ethical either. I wouldn't even recommend Jack VanTreese & Associates to my worst enemy.
