US Nails & Pedicure Spa

If you make an appointment, just be aware it doesn't mean much. They don't honor it and still place everyone in the same queue. My nails are great but only come here if you have a lot of time, a walk in and aren't used to nail salons that honor appointments (which is what you get here)

It’s a hit and miss at this place. Sometimes I get a great spa attendant and sometimes I get someone who rushes and skips certain steps. The inconsistency makes it ‘alright’.
And they did my nails when I was getting a pedicure so it wasn’t relaxing. I have yet to find the best place for mani & pedi’s. 😬

Got my nails done here. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are great! They even stayed late to accommodate my grandma. Love it!

I never right reviews and restrain from writing bad ones. Worst experience. An employee was drinking coffee and spit it all over the place on accident. Got all over my legs during my pedicure and all around my space. At check out I explained what had happened and they literally said "no that did not happen" over and over again. The employees began to get angry at the situation even though I remained calm when they were completely denying it happened when the employee who spit all over me was standing right there A salon service should be peaceful, and sanitary. Will never be going back

Got my nails done here recently! I did a pedicure! I have visited this place before!!! The lady did a very good job! Her foot massage was top class and she did a clean job! My feet feel so fresh and clean now! I just opted for the regular pedicure as I had done a lot of damage to my nails by doing gel!

I am so annoyed! They’re not even coffin!!! I told the lady I want them long and skinny picture on the right is what I wanted picture on the left is what I got) and she kept saying what I wanted was coffin and I kept saying no they’re more straight then coffin… and I said long like 5 times. They’re not even long enough to be coffin like she said they were. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to have them paint them I didn’t have time for a new full set.

Problem 1: Upon entering, associate could not look up from his phone to greet me or ask me about service.
Problem 2: Same associate made a call on speaker to inquire about a money transfer, and let the entire salon enjoy on-hold music, then proceeded to have a conversation with his mother and the service representative about a money transfer, and provided his mother's account # and social security # out loud for the entire salon to hear. This was not relaxing.
Problem 3: Initial tech who ran the water for pedicure could not look up or provide eye contact. I asked him if he was having a bad

Sadly I won't be coming back to this place. Im continually over charged and when I went to pay with cash, she charged my card the full amount PLUS a CC usage few. The pedicure was fine but was charged an unexpected $15 simply for the choice of polish i made? Seriously? $30 turned into $43.00. Sorry no tip. I have to now take the cash I was trying to pay with and cover my account. Thanks for not listening.

AMAZING! Kasandra was so sweet and did great! (She did orange nails) she had great suggestions and did quality work. She made sure I was doing ok and that I liked it! She also changed the design last minute for me when I asked. Wasnt expensive and would definitely recommend!

This is a filthy, dirty spa. The technicians are not very friendly and they get upset if you don't pay with cash. In fact, they charge you if you use a credit card. Who in heavens name walks around with cash anymore? At least let us Venmo you. There is a new nail salon called M. Vince Nail Spa right next to the Loft not 2 minutes from US Nails. It's brand new, very clean, the prices are comparable if not better to US nails and the technicians are polite and good. I would suggest you take your business there. It will be money well spent.

They usually do a great job, but the problem with this business is the system. They put everyone who walk in into a chair without communicating that there's actually no one available to do your pedicure. Sat with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes, unsure if I should stay or go. No communication. Entire process (because the technician kept going to help others who'd come in after me) took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Simple pedicure, no massage or anything, just painting nails.

I got shellac done and it started chipping just a few hours after I left the salon. The next day, the shellac started bubbling up until it totally chipped in the center on 3 other fingers. I went back to the salon to fix it yesterday so they redid my entire shellac manicure. It is chipping again today! I have gotten shellac done for the past 7 years and it has never chipped/bubbled up like this.
The problem is either that the nail polish is old and/or the shellac drying lamps are not working.
I don't have time to go back a third time so I will just have to take it off.

Horrible I gave a photo and they could not do an almond shape it was horrible and he took an hour said he would fix them and kept trying to fix them but no matter how hard he tried he could but make them look anything but cheap

The actual worst- the mani/pedi and the service were abysmal. Why take my appointment if you're going to yell the whole time during my "relaxing massage", rush me out, and do a sloppy job? My moms tech was so anxious to leave that she forgot to cure one foot that had gel polish. Unbelievable that we were charged for this.

I tried this Salon when visiting SLC last year. I live in Asia where a pedicure is a truly cathartic experience. This Salon hits that nail "on the head"!! I wont go anyplace else in SLC when I visit.
