Sassy Nails

I have tried many nail salons and I love this place. They are very professional and my nails look great. I've never had trouble with them lifting. Julie is so good and they always look great. Thanks so much for such a great job!!

It wasn't great from the start... 1) I called to see if they could do 4 pedicures and the person I talked to said to come in an hour. When we showed up they seemed surprised, and were definitelynot prepared for all of us... 2)I'm short (about 5' 1") and my feet didn't go into the water without lying almost flat on my back... 3) Once I could touch the water, it was scalding hot. Once adjusted, it was warm at best... 4) Multiple steps of the pedicures we paid for were skipped amongst the 4 of us in order to try and keep the beginning and ending times as close to each other as possible. Ana the owner does an excellent job and cares about her customers.
The place is newly remodeled from previous owners. Very clean and comfortable surroundings. Nail techs all experienced, I prefer Ana or the younger girls on the weekends since they know exactly how I want my coffin shaped nail.
It does get busy but it’s worth the wait.

I liked that I was able to make an appointment on the same day. The lady did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this place. Clean. Professional. She was very accommodating with the idea I had in mind. I love my nails. Thank you sassy nails! I will definitely be back!

My 13yo son is a horrible nail biter. Anna did a GREAT job putting acrylic on his fingers to help him stop biting. He was very happy that they looked just like normal nails. She deserves a TON of credit for this! We are so pleased with her work, and that she was so cool with him. Thank you!

I had my nails done a week ago and throughout the week I ended up breaking two of them. When I called to have them fix it they were happy to fit me in the same day and repaired them quickly! The nail technician is always very precise. My nails always turn out great!

Julie is amazing at her job. She does my nails every time. Love her work and she is very patient and takes care of you. I won’t let anyone else do my nails. If I have to wait for the next day I would, that is how good Julie is :).

I got my nails done here a couple days ago, the staff was super welcoming and kind, My nails look great, and the salon itself was super cute!!

Not a great spot. First thing I spotted were old nail clippings all over the side tables between the massage chairs. When u pointed it out, the nail tech wiped them onto the ground. Disgusting!

My pedicure was average. They had 4 people come in after I sat down so my "deluxe massage" was rushed and not as relaxing as a pedicure usually is. The paint job was decent, hence the 2 stars but I wouldn't come back or recommend to anyone.

Julie did such an amazing job on my nails, she carefully took the time to make sure they were all the same size and the exact shape that I like. I love the cat eye options they have, so happy with how my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be back

Horrible experience. I'm blind in one eye and I could've done a better job. Asked for a simple pedicure with French tip. Not even close. I get that there is a language barrier. That's why I gave two stars. I will not be a return customer.

Very friendly staff! Was helped the second I walked in and not to mention the variety of colors to choose from. Great conversation! My friend and I both came in and walked out loving our nails. No doubt you'll get the nails you want! Will definitely be coming here again!!

It was last minute and I appreciated them staying late and finishing up our party! I kind of injured on my pinky. It stung when she put the alcohol on there. One of our parties was forgotten but I asked and they took care of her. I like the late hours.

Wow, where to even begin...
I went in for a dip manicure, and the I noticed a lot of different things while I was getting my nails done.
1. This salon charges extra for every pedicure because they claim to use a new set of tools on each customer. I saw one of the employees rinsing off used tools and putting them back into bags to make them look new. The extra charge is not optional, yet the old tools are used?
2. The water used for me to soak my hands in came from the woman's PERSONAL WATER BOTTLE!!! I was disgusted.
3. I looked down at my feet and saw tons of old acrylics

Love their services! They took their time and has variety of pedi package and love their variety of colors. It's my fifth nail place in slc area. I'm very picky and I approve this. And hope to use their service. I used to go to t&t nails, they neglected me for two hours. Then went to cutie nails, they hurt my nails and gave me an attitude, then went to galaxy nails and their quality of doing my nails were horrible kept breaking. Then went to QPI nails and they couldn't get my appointments right and the owners are awful but this one is amazingly perfect

I hade the owner she was great. The women my friend had was beyond rude. First time at this salon and last. They were over priced $94 for a dull set and manicure. Again great job just rude employee and overpriced.

I didn't have the best experience here. I came here and met with a couple of my friends. They had both gotten there 10 minutes earlier than me so they were already well into their manicures. They had me sit down, I waited probably another 8 minutes for the lady to start taking off my polish.

My manicurist rushed my full set. Instead of asking me to relax my hand or to move my arm closer, this lady decides to yank my hand and arm to get me where she needs. Was referred here by a friend. The previous reviews simply don't do it justice. We called ahead for appointments. So were able to get right in. Vanessa did my dip gel manicure. Ideally this extra powder dip step increases the life of the manicure. Vanessa was able to hand paint the French line without having to take the extra time to reshape with remover making it fast and easy. Hubby and I each got deluxe pedicures. His technician paid extra attention to his massage as he wasn't getting nails painted which was really nice.

I've been here a couple times when in a pinch and needing a quick mani for an event, etc... and generally their work has been good and the price is right! Always had good pedis here, but I would say manis (regular polish) are meh. Nothing exciting, but gets the job done and less messy than me trying to rush and do it myself.

I am writing a review this time (from my visit 1/9/18)because I walked away with a chemical burn from their hot towels which are apart of most manis and a pedis. There for a quick mani before an interview, I got two separate hot towels, one on each hand. Immediately

I don't know why all the bad reviews, I was just here last week. In a hurry, seen the place and needed my nails done. Went in and was welcomed in, helped right away. Tracy did my nails and was FABULOUS!

I've been going to sassy nails for the past couple of weeks and the person I love going to has straight across bangs and normally wears her hair in a pony tail. The first time I got my nails done I was beyond impressed. She free-handed a feather and it was absolutely gorgeous. After that I will admit I wasn't impressed with the nail art and my nails are always lifting. Im trying to find somewhere new. Also the customer service is okay. Sassy Nails does some of the best acrylics I've ever had. Other salons I've gone to (and I've been to quite a few, I'm picky) usually look pretty initially, but then they start to lift after a week or so. When I get my nails done there, they never, ever lift. Also, they are never too thick. I've had numerous people ask me where I get my nails done, and they go to Sassy Nails now too! Their prices are also some of the most competitive around.

All the staff is great, but I particularly like Tiffany.
