These guys are really great. We've used them three times, and each time we've been very happy with the service, the technician, and the price. Most contractors and vendors want to "sell up," but they fixed our 15-year-old unit and told us it might last another couple of years. That saved a LOT of money!
Edit: Again, we called Royal Heating, and we told them we were thinking of replacing our aging system. They made a small fix and said we should stick with our old system a year or more longer. They literally turned down a "take my money" offer. Amazing!

Very Honest. We first called a big name air conditioning company from Bull Run that services all this area and the tech told us our air conditioning needed a $2000 service, or we could replace it for $3500. Royal A/C came out, tested it and fixed it for $225. Been working great. You decide who to call!

Would highly recommend Royal Heating and Air Conditioning. Called them with a furnace problem, left a message. They returned my call the same morning .They were able to come out to check out the problem that same day. Gave me a rough estimate to replace the bad part. They called me the next day and were able to come out and fix it .Furnace works perfectly now .The bill was slightly under the estimate. Great job guys !

Tim did an excellent job coming out to assess our situation with our HVAC system. I have worked in the trade and have my CFC license so its easy for me to tell if someone really knows what they are talking about or not very quickly. Lets just say Tim is an expert. He made helpful and intelligent suggestions in designing the new system to meet our needs. This was a challenging house based on how the other ductwork was installed. Tim's install crew did and excellent job and super clean work. Don't pay extra to some of the larger companies in the area to cover their advertising- call Tim
