I personally have been to this salon since I moved to town about a year and a half ago. Religiously go every two weeks for fill in/gel polish and full set when it’s time. Really enjoyed my experience and always saw Ben. Scheduled appointments with him and absolutely loved his service and attention to detail. They have gotten a completely new staff over the last maybe 3 months? Would not tell me wether he quit/went elsewhere. Brushed me off- new people will help you, don’t worry. Had a great experience with Thomas as my nail tech! Have been going to MOD Spa for years, but I'm tired of having to make my appt multiple days in advance (I'm a busy person, sometimes I just have to take advantage of available time when I have it.) Inside was clean, got taken straight to my chair, and the staff was friendly. Big screen tv with subtitles, massage chairs, free drinks, and multiple, huge nail color flip-throughs. Enjoyed my $35 pedicure! I'll be back again.

There was a long wait but that was understandable since they were very busy and I didn’t have an appointment. I had Tonny do my nails and he did an amazing job. The workers here really pay attention to detail. I’ve had my nails done here many times by different nail artist and loved it every time. It can be pricey but highly recommend if you want your nails done right. They can do anything you want.

Fantastic customer service! My daughter and I have been coming to Posh ever since they opened 4 years ago and we've always had a great experience. Francis (and Anne) are both so friendly and kind; engaging us by name each time they see us. What an amazing experience I've had here. This was my third visit so consider me a repeat customer. The space is always clean and I've been able to walk in and be seen within minutes each time I've been. I'm always offered complimentary drinks on a silver tray during my service too! This particular time I upgraded my usual gel pedicure to include a hot stone massage. It was an extra $8 and worth every penny. Im not exaggerating when I say it was the best pedicure I've ever had. Everytime I go there I am disrespected in some way whether it's telling my natural nails are too dark for white polish (which is offensive and a lie because I've had plenty of ppl paint my nails white) and the last time where I'm being told what I'm going to get and what I'm going to pay for after I ask before and during the process how much it will be. Came in to get an over lay in my nails, the customer summer is amazing however the work isn't the best. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes my nails weren't really cleaned up... I have cuticles everywhere and now a hang nail.. my nails over all look messy. Again everyone is super friendly and nice they just work too fast and lack attention to detail.. I do not think I'll be returning

I've been to Posh many times and honestly, the service depends on the person you get. A few times I've had a great experience. But most of the time I'm disappointed. My service today was by far the worst. The lady cut my toes a few times while using the tool to remove the gel polish from my toes. She wasn't paying attention at all and was looking around the entire time. She scraped the side of my foot terribly. You pay $75 for a pedicure that took 30 minutes and come home bleeding with cuts. Absolutely unacceptable!

Just moved to the area and everyone recommends this place so I gave it a try. I asked for a manicure and dip on my natural nail. I got my cuticles cut and dip polish. I had to ask for cuticle oil and lotion for my hands. The service was not worth $46. The basic pedicure was okay, but not worth $34. This was my first visit and most likely the last. I guess their speciality is nail extensions.

This is the third time I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt as like a last minute resort and the results I got each time where that of a last minute decision. Does anyone there know how to do a manicure?

Hands down, the WORST pedicure I've ever had. Tiffany made two of my toes bleed while cutting the nails by literally pulling and pulling on them. My wife and I just wanted a little relaxation on Election Day and ended up experiencing something so unprofessional and rude that I may have nightmares as my big toe is still throbbing the next day and just hoping it won't get infected (it's wrapped in bandages and Neosporin).

I came to the nail salon at around 3:30, and I waited over an hour to get my full set. When I sat down, to get a full set , the guy was nice but he kept on bugging me to do powder and it was really annoying after the first 3 times. I had to say no 5 times. When he was done shaping and filing the apex was flat and the tips were too thick. I asked to file it down and it was still the same way.

This place was pretty good. Looked nice and clean inside. John did my nails and did a pretty good job. I only took one star off because I set an appointment online for regular acrylic fills (I can't do gel) and they accidentally put gel on and wanted to charge me for it. Fills are $20 and they said $35. I said no this is regular, they said oh you didn't want gel? I said no and I even put that in the appointment notes. They said we will take $10 off so you pay $25. I wasn't really happy paying an extra $5 for something I didn't want, but they convinced me to pay $5 extra instead
