Elite Care Physical Therapy offers free injury screenings. If you have been dealing with a strain, sprain, ache or pain, haven't made it to the doctor yet and would like more information about your injury, we can perform an assessment and provide you with suggestions or recommendations for future care and answer any questions you may have.

After a major orthopedic surgery which included removal of a rod from my knee to ankle and four screws due to an infection I got lucky and and met with the professionals at Elite Care Physical Therapy. Doctor Rosa, Doctor Rachel, Josh, and Rachel are an empathetic team. The 3 most descriptive words I can use to describe the team in the Deale office are conscientious, compassionate, and effective. Learning to walk again and function normally at the age of 60 is challenging. My come back is a direct result of their combined physical therapy regimen. My wife and I are most grateful for Elite Care

When he wiped my tears and didn't judge me...I knew that I would continue with his services. Dr. Greg was upfront and honest about my diagnosis and made me understand all my options. I have 4 root canals on the horizon. And he wasn't worried about doing them. He wanted me to go to an endodontist since of my fear factor. He explained that he could do the root canals but endodontist could complete the procedure a lot faster. So its not all about the money for them. Its about the patient. Everyone there was very nice and caring. I'll be back!

I was having some problems with the muscles around my elbow and could not pick up anything heavy. So I decided to walk in and talk to the staff, they quickly diagnosed the issue which was tennis elbow (layman's terms). I was set for a consultation and started therapy shortly after. Within a couple of weeks I started to notice improvements and now everything is good to go. They do a great job of relaxing your muscles after every therapy session so I never went home feeling stiff or sore. I especially liked the fact that they were able to work with me regarding my insurance issues.
