Induction Heating offers a controllable and localized method of heat without contact to the parts (components) being heated. The heat is generated by inducing an alternating magnetic field into electrically conductive materials. Induction Heating technology is very low cost to run and normally creates significant costs savings versus other traditional process heating technologies.
RDO's DuraPower Induction Heating power supplies are our most complete and advanced product lines. We offer our DuraPower LP systems with power supplies from 5-25kW of output power and 20-400kHz frequency ranges. Induction Heating power supplies are produced with the latest in either MOSFET or IGBT solid state circuitry and are designed with unparalleled circuit protection.
The LFI and HFI series of power supplies offer a wide range of frequencies (LFI-35-100 kHz and HFI-135-400 kHz) in power from 3.0 to 100 kW, which correlates to technical effectiveness in a variety of customer applications. Designed with an adjustable tank capacitance and multi-tap output transformer, the LFI/HFI systems are flexible and reliable to meet your most demanding manufacturing conditions.
The RDO Induction Flex Heat Induction power supplies consist of our S-Series (1.2kW-5kW - 50-kHz-250kHz), The Flex Heat systems are built with the latest in solid-state electronics to ensure maximum output efficiency and highly consistent output. The 1.2kW, 2.0kW and 5kW Flex Heat systems are equipped with a One-Touch Auto-Tuning feature, which will automatically find the resonant frequency that the load coil will use.

Very disappointing experience. The equipment and specifications on the website clearly indicate certain capabilities. Upon calling we are discouraged from attempting those indications and told that it’s not really a very good idea… If this is the case then why promote those indications on your website?
Despite the first negative experience we proceeded with an order, and were given a window for delivery of a finished product of 6-8 weeks.
Two weeks after placing our order (and paying our deposit), we were called and asked if we would like to proceed with our order…??
