Punctual, professional and courteous. A bit costly with repairs but I guess that’s the price to pay owning a home. May consider repairs at a later date due to financial hardship during these times, however Paul was very informative of what the issue was & Matt confirmed Paul’s findings and Thoroughly explained the problem & process that needed to be done.

I originally contacted Comfort Solutions thinking I would need a tune-up or a repair on my HVAC system. Diagnostic evaluation of the system determined that my 18 year old system would need to be fully replaced. Karen, John, and Matt were professional and knowledgable throughout this process - and helpful in offering a "game plan" for how to move forward. From 3 possible HVAC replacement options, I was able to select one that was suitable for my house and for Me. They made this part of the journey easy. Installation of the new system is scheduled for 7 days from the original appointment. Thanks

We purchased a new boiler a little over a year ago from this company, with a warranty, and have had nothing but problems. Three months after the install, the heat would not turn on. Current Solutions came out and had to replace a faulty part (on a brand new unit). Now, the following winter, the heat went out again. After calling a service technician, we were advised that we had to pay $169 just for them to come out and do a diagnostic and were advised they would likely need to order parts so there would be no immediate fix. After telling them they we weren't paying them to come out a second

Tate arrived right on time and it was really nice to get a text message letting me know he was on his way. Tate was very friendly and courteous, even when my two dogs made a big fuss over the new face at their home. Tate was very thorough and gave our heating system a clean bill of health which is nice to hear with winter soon to be here. Louise was very pleasant and scheduled our service when it was convenient for us as opposed to some companies I've dealt with who seem to schedule service calls when it's convenient to them. All in all a very good experience.

2nd Floor AC had issues: Electrican was unprofessional and rude when I asked for parts and labor cost. Upon doing online research, $285 estimates was given for $6 part replacement. When ask for speak to Manager, Electrican storm out the house without any explanation! Additionally, reckless driving in my driveway and spreading on the street. Secondly, after hours service call price of $89 was charged for 3pm service!!

When we initially had a blown fuse in our HVAC system, Mike replaced the transformer on a Sunday (as an emergency call) and that seemed to fix the problem. The next day when it blew again, they came back out again to fix it no charge. That time they were able to identify a wire that was shorting the system and Kyle and Ken fixed the wire. Overall, very professional and knowledgable. I will call them in a few months for seasonal maintenance.
