A native Texan, Dr. Thor Woerner spent the majority of his childhood in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. His lifelong experience with athletics-his father coached football, and he played-set the stage for Dr. Thor's interest in how the body functions. Dr. Thor attended Abilene Christian University, where he was first introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care.

Many of our new patients are confused about what, exactly, chiropractic care does. Being 75 years old, I had heard only negative things about chiropractors all my life. My daughter encouraged me to go. She and her entire family go, and have done great. So, I gave it a try. When I started, I had been very sick and was weak and constantly feeling awful. Authority Chiropractic and Dr. Thor have been a godsend for me. It has made a great improvement in my health. My strength has come back. My left arm no longer hurts and has good range of motion. The staff are all very friendly and personable, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thor.

I have never been to a chiropractor before, because I was afraid they would damage my back. However, Doctor Thor and Staff were able to explain a painless approach in aligning my back. They did X-rays and spinal graphs all in house. The are LEO, Military and Service Dog friendly. This are a “top notch” chiropractor establishment. I was able to walk out without any pain!

Dr. Thor and the team are great and very knowledgeable! The wait times are minimal but, you always feel like you get the treatment time you need and deserve. Very kid friendly, which is great for a family like ours. Since I started just a short time ago, my pain has drastically reduced and headaches are gone.

I absolutely love Authority Chiropractic. Thor is a compassionate chiropractor and he really wants to give his patients a better quality of life! All of the employees at the practice are so kind and helpful. My pain issues improved as a result of the chiropractic techniques used here. I especially appreciate the torque release technique!! Oh my goodness I love Dr Thor! He has changed my life. I am new to Chiropractic, but no matter, I have had significant changes. I stopped taking all my pills, I was taking herbs and glandulars for thyroid and adrenals to get through the day and now I take none. I just walked 4 miles for the first time in a couple years. I went to the river and out in the country and no cedar allergies this time! I also take my 10 year old son with autism and adhd and my 75 year old dad goes. we love this place!!!
